I was charged $53 for this call when I was told it would be one dollar. I have requested a complete refund from my credit card company.

As usual I have heard from them
No one has helped me in the last four months! I've been a long-standing customer and would like some assistance!
I can't log in, so therefore I can't change or request anything! It keeps saying my account is deactivated. However, I keep receiving fixes every two months.
I even sent a note in my return fix this month to please contact me!
This is the worst customer service ever. Linda@***.com, 816-809-****.

Can't speak to a person
I was charged the styling fee even though I purchased. I would like to ask questions and no one to communicate with. So frustrating.
Refund
Two of the three articles have been credited. It went well. We are waiting for the third article to reach their return department.
