My granddaughter canceled the subscription and return items in their bags. Yet we have not seen any refunds.
I got to say this is the worst company ever. I will never promote it.

I can’t log into my account and it won’t allow me to cancel my recurring billing and it took 200 dollars from me I’ve been trying to cancel it for 2 days before this
I tried canceling my subscription but it wont let me into my account but I have a payment that took 200 dollars from me pending can you please cancel it.

Need help with 1st fix box. Wrong size pant and was not able to apply my daughters link for referring me. I dont want to be late and get charged the whole amount and I need to apply the $25 referral and.different credit card/pay method.
