This company made a mistake regarding my refund and then refused to assist me further when I sent an email asking for my refund. Instead, I was told they would close my account.
This was their way of helping their customer. I was supposed to get a full refund for three items. Instead, I got a call saying they made an error and had given me a store credit and so they could not refund me without charging me again.
Then, they only put a portion of the store credit on my card, but it was from yet another mistaken refund from another item. They are impatient and unhelpful.

Refund for my styling fee since my account is not active
I signed up for a stitch fix box and gave all my information and when I went to pay with my PayPal account you guys took the styling fee money and then discontinued my account it's now says not active so I need my refund back now please. My phone number is miamekins@***.com

A few months ago, I started using Stitch Fix because I kept seeing advertisements for it. I thought it was cool that there was an app that helped people find their style.
I started a membership with them and looked through the clothing to try to find a specific style for me. I'm not sure, I might just be too picky, but I didn't like any of the styles they were showing me. So, I was pretty much done with the app and quickly realized that after being charged $20 multiple times, I wasn't really using the app. I thought I'd cancel my membership.
In the process of canceling my membership, they sent me clothing that I did not ask for. I'm thinking they sent me clothing because of my membership, right before I canceled it. I did not know what would happen to me next. The clothing I received was not my style, and frankly, ugly.
Since I thought it was free, I didn't mind. At this point, I contacted customer service about the cancellation of my membership and, thinking I was done with Stitch Fix for good.
Until today, when I woke up and found out they had charged my card for $400! I am very upset and disappointed.

I need assistance with size and style. I'm petite.
The fit varies depending on the clothes. As for shoes, I may be able to wear a size 7.
I'm not sure. I cannot buy from a store without a phone number.

No one has helped me in the last four months! I've been a long-standing customer and would like some assistance!
I can't log in, so therefore I can't change or request anything! It keeps saying my account is deactivated. However, I keep receiving fixes every two months.
I even sent a note in my return fix this month to please contact me!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They explained how ordering on the web is and what’s the difference of stitchfix & freestyle ordering as well! They took care of it!
Answer the phone! I need to speak to an actual live individual! My issue isn't solved, and I need to actually talk to a customer service representative!

I scheduled and previewed a fix several weeks ago. It did not arrive as scheduled last week. This week, I received an email from Stitchfix with a receipt that said, 'Sorry your fix did not work out.' I want to be sure no one else received the fix and also recoup the $20 styling fee I paid, as I did not receive the fix that was styled.

You are unable to speak to a live person with the phone number for customer service, and that is incredibly dissatisfying. The call hangs up on you immediately.
This is terrible customer service. I am a size extra small for tops, but I continue to receive an incorrect top sized extra extra large. The tag says extra small, but the inside tag of the sweater indicates it's extra extra large and it's enormous. This has happened twice.
I've reached out to my stylist. I would like a refund of my $20 styling fee, charged twice.
