In April 2024, I was interested in seeing what Stitch Fix had in stock. They charged me $20 just to look at the items. I found it to be too expensive and I cancelled it the same day. My name is bsmt136, I cancelled everything but still received a package in the mail and got charged $200. I want my money back. And then on top of that you can't talk to no one, you always get a recording no one answers the phone.

User's recommendation: Do not attach yourself to stitch fix don't even look at the items they charge you and no one answers the phone and charge it for items you don't even want or even viewed and I'm going to report you to Better Business Bureau

Hi, I just ordered my first package from you. Tonight, I get a message re the shipment that it arrived at UPS. EMPTY. They discarded the package and they notified you. How does this happen? I want to cancel ALL of it right now, please.

It is impossible to speak to a live representative for assistance

Offer live assistant Representatives. My last day to do a return on a freestyle item and there is no return code option on my page on the website. I cannot get a return label which means I'm stuck with a $60 item that I do not want. Live chat is annoying and 9 out of 10 times does not solve the problem. Offer live Representatives!!!

I tried to call about my order turning up in an EMPTY packages at UPS. I called both numbers listed...both times, no one picked up and call disconnected ! Terrible customer service...can't speak to a live person.

I have a few problems. First my email (tobay241@***.com) is unavailable to me. Second Im late with the return (I was sick in bed with a virus) third. I tried to return my unwanted items but the bag was way to small. I would like a new bag (large) for my returns. And I want to not be charged for being late. I have been a good customer. I set up delivery for tomorrow my day off ,they are delivering it on Monday the 8th I am at work ,it will be stolen due to the high walking traffic in front of my apartment I can not get a hold of them the Robert customer service was no help,it kept giving me a phone number that told me to go elsewhere, the carrier they told me only stitch fit can change anything to do with delivery so I will get burnt out of my Money, because it will be stolen , I say 99.99 percent I left a message they will call me Monday day of delivery yea right they don't care about people
