Don't trust StitchFix and what they say. They just care about the money and how much they can get.

They don't care that I cancelled the box before it shipped they shipped it and sent it to me anyway and now they want me to pay for the box in the amount of $270 or pay $280 to send it back to them. I honestly hope no one else gets scammed like this.

So I had a box scheduled, and after looking at the items in the box, I cancelled the box before it shipped. I didn't think the items would fit me.

Well, they still shipped the box to me. I looked at the clothes and items. Then I went to put the items in the return bag, and they didn't fit. I went to USPS and UPS, and the items were going to cost between $60 and $70 to ship back.

I told them I couldn't afford to send the clothes back, and they didn't fit into the return bag. They now want me to pay $270 for the box, and they won't allow me to wait until my big check comes into my account.

Now they want to press charges on me for stealing! Do not buy from this company!

Questions regarding ordered items

I have now spent 30 minutes trying to make a phone call. They sent you a code in the email.

You have five minutes to respond. I put in the code they sent me, and then you can't log in to make a freaking phone call. Yes, oh, I'm just the title when they send you an email is 'pissed off customer.' I wasn't pissed off when I started, but I am now. It should not be that hard to speak to a human being.

You should be able to punch in the phone number and call someone, not this stupid. Let me email you a code and fill in this information, and then I'll think about letting you call.

Poor quality clothes sent and refused return

I received a package in September and kept it when I tried the outfits they. did not fit right.

I tried calling several times but did not get through . Then I received another fix in Dec. wore one of the sweater and the color ran all over my clothes dress pants under garments etc. very disappointed and finally when some one responded Axel was the name and said you cannot return anything from September.

I have been a customer since 2000.

And not happy with the response . Please take the September fix back and the red sweaters from December that are ruining my expensive clothes.
