Don't trust StitchFix and what they say. They just care about the money and how much they can get.
They don't care that I cancelled the box before it shipped they shipped it and sent it to me anyway and now they want me to pay for the box in the amount of $270 or pay $280 to send it back to them. I honestly hope no one else gets scammed like this.
Well, they still shipped the box to me. I looked at the clothes and items. Then I went to put the items in the return bag, and they didn't fit. I went to USPS and UPS, and the items were going to cost between $60 and $70 to ship back.
I told them I couldn't afford to send the clothes back, and they didn't fit into the return bag. They now want me to pay $270 for the box, and they won't allow me to wait until my big check comes into my account.
Now they want to press charges on me for stealing! Do not buy from this company!

In April, you guys sent me another order in which I returned everything but three items using the return label. I have my receipt.

Nothing, no return call or email. I tried to reach out to Stitch Fix after they locked out my account.
For some reason, they stopped mailing me orders. I got a new credit card; however, there's no spot on their file to go in and update the billing.
This has been quite frustrating. I wish I could get cute clothes, but Stitch Fix doesn't make it easy.
