They did not reply to my email and said their volume is higher than normal and they will try to respond within 72 hours. That is not okay since they are holding my money hostage and their items were all sent back weeks ago!!

Order has not been delivered

I have not received my order, the order delivery date was July 28th. This is the second time I have contacted stitch fix and nothing has been resolved. I am very frustrated, please help me resolve this issue immediately.

Could not sign in

I needed to checkout . Could not sign in using PW not receive PW reset QR code did not work either. Issue was resolved with phone call.

I received my first box and sent in a question. I never received a response. Not. At. All. Very unprofessional. I will be canceling my account. If I cant get a response from a simple question I dont want to continue.

Clothes more expensive than I thought The clothes are really nice and I would live to keep everything but it is too high.

I made a order with stitch fit for the first time and my bill is 430.00 now that is high. I had some really nice pieces and I wanted to keep everything i have but because of the amount I have to send back everything.

Extended returns

I am out of the country and wasnt getting the option to extend my return of my package due date on the app. Im out of the country and it arrived early and they extended the return date quick and painlessly over the phone. I didnt even wait on hold at any point.

Haven’t received my fix.

I would just like this matter resolved and my stich fix order to be sent to me like it was supposed to be sent to me July 2nd. I have fixed my card info. You had the wrong card.

User's recommendation: Write date down for future fixes and regularly check your account a few weeks before expected delivery if you're like me and only get fixes every few months.

Difficulty getting help

I responded to an email that Shtichfix sent me. The personnel that responded said that he could not find my account and gave 5 more bits of information to send him. No! When I have spent hours finding a way to contact Stifchfix, being given more tasks only infuriated me more(( 5 minutes of digging on his part, rather than giving the stand reply would have saved every one much time and Frustration. My dream is that after a year of being told things are fixed, they actually will be
