How do I cancel my account.
I would like to cancel my account but I forget what the email address is on my account.
I have 2 accounts how do I cancel one?I signed up accidentally for 2 accounts. I need to cancel 1 but I no longer have access to that email.
I signed up accidentally for these orders and I would like to return these orders. but I can't get a printed label. How do I get a printed return label?

Please follow the procedure below to return purchased Shop items:
- Go to Your Items;
- Click on the item you'd like to return;
- Inside the item, select "Return Item";
- Indicate the reason why you're returning the item by providing feedback;
- Please make sure any returned item has all original packaging and tags. This includes any branded bags for footwear and boxes for jewellery;
- Use the label included with your delivery to return your items. There’s no need to include additional information with the item;
- If you do not have a return bag or label, you should contact the company to get it.
Please note that you can return the item within 30 days of purchase.
When was pkg delivered?I was out of town. When I came home Sunday evening I found the package.

- Click on “Manage Automatic Fixes.” (If you only want to cancel your next order but keep the same shipment schedule, see section “Can I skip an automatic delivery” above).
- Click “I want to stop receiving automatic Fixes”.
- Follow the prompts to update your account.
- Go to your home tab.
- Touch the date of your next Fix.
- Under the calendar, you’ll see the header “Select how often we send your Fix.” Touch the dropdown arrow to see the shipment options, and select “On demand: I’ll schedule each Fix” and click "Save".

If I keep some items, is there a $20 difference between the money that came out of my account for the stylist. In other words is the stylist fee used for the items I buy?
