I would like to cancel my account but I forget what the email address is on my account.

Why can't I speak to anyone on chat or on the phnoephone, I would like to speak to someone in customer service.

According to the Stitch Fix Faq page, to cancel you should make sure you don’t have any Fixes scheduled. To see your current schedule, visit your home page or if you have a family account, the home page of each child for whom you’d like to cancel deliveries.
Once you’ve confirmed your schedule, you may:
  • cancel a single delivery at stitchfix.com/client/cancel_fix;
  • cancel your automatic deliveries at stitchfix.com/subscriptions/cancel_autoship/why

According to the Stitch Fix faq section, to get more information about the status of your delivery, you can contact FedEx or USPS. You may also contact the Stitch Fix customer care team for assistance:
  • by phone at (844) 386-3850 (toll-free number within the United States);
  • via the company's social networks.

According to the Stitch Fix return policy, the company offers free returns on all items purchased, including items you’re trying on from your Fix delivery and items purchased individually in your Shop tab.
Please follow the procedure below to return purchased Shop items:
  • Go to Your Items;
  • Click on the item you'd like to return;
  • Inside the item, select "Return Item";
  • Indicate the reason why you're returning the item by providing feedback;
  • Please make sure any returned item has all original packaging and tags. This includes any branded bags for footwear and boxes for jewellery;
  • Use the label included with your delivery to return your items. There’s no need to include additional information with the item;
  • If you do not have a return bag or label, you should contact the company to get it.

Please note that you can return the item within 30 days of purchase.

Regarding your delivery date, you may contact Stitch Fix customer service via the online form on their website. Usually delivery takes 5 days.

The Stitch Fix official website provides comprehensive information on how to cancel automatic deliveries. Please follow the instructions below: 


From a web browser:

  • Go to your home page.
  • Click on “Manage Automatic Fixes.” (If you only want to cancel your next order but keep the same shipment schedule, see section “Can I skip an automatic delivery” above).
  • Click “I want to stop receiving automatic Fixes”.
  • Follow the prompts to update your account.


From the Stitch Fix iPhone app:
  • Go to your home tab.
  • Touch the date of your next Fix.
  • Under the calendar, you’ll see the header “Select how often we send your Fix.” Touch the dropdown arrow to see the shipment options, and select “On demand: I’ll schedule each Fix” and click "Save".
  • Follow the prompts to update your account.


You’ll know you successfully canceled all of your shipments because your homepage will now prompt you to schedule a new one. If we’ve already started styling your next Fix, you may not see these options and will instead see the message “Your Fix is in progress.” If you see this message, please contact the company, and they will stop your shipment if possible.

How can I cancel, my subscription, if I want to?

I am undergoing surgery and will be in a financial situation where I cannot afford to buy myself anything out of the ordinary for at least 6 months. To be sure I am fully paid off with the doctors and hospitals.

I’d like to cancel my account.

I would love to come back, wearing a dress I bought to work, now. I love the clothes, the finances are what’s killing my household currently.

Democracy jeans I am not sure but I think I may need one size smaller I don’t want to send back until I have a way to compare. Would you be able to send a smaller size until I return the package?

I never agreed to your services. I do t like that you have a fake account set up with my email and phone number.

I don't like your company name and I want NO AFFILIATION with you.

I want you to delete my email and this fake account with a fake person name otherwise I'm reporting your "business" to the BBB and I will take further action to shut you down. You have my email, so you can send me verification of closure.

Can I get assistance with my account?

I signed up for Stich Fix and received a $25 credit. When I received my first shipment I kept 1 item and the $25 credit was applied to the charge of the item.

However, the $20 styling fee wasn't applied to the item I kept. Can you please assist?

My mom's account is B. Smith. And the name for my sister should be Ana Leigh.
