My opinion of Stitch Fix declined significantly after seeing the class-less name and logo of your customer care platform. Awful.
Lacking all decorum and speaks to the culture of the company. Companies with customer service reputations - Nordstrom, American Express, Amazon - would never use such a tasteless reference.
Your target customer base is clearly not me. I cannot imagine others do not feel the same.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
