I am trying to let the company that my Visa card was compromised. I will be getting a new one in eight days so I can pay for two merchandises.

On the website, it tells me my account doesn't exist, but that's the email they send an email to. They have taken over $175 out of my bank account.

Then the stuff was sent back and I still haven't received my refund. There's back and forth emailing, and it's going nowhere. This is not okay! Terrible customer service and support.

There's no phone number to contact customer service. Obviously, this is why.

They make it impossible to cancel Stitch Fix. The clothes are awful and the cardigan was full of lint that even several lint brushes couldn’t get the lint off!

I am very happy with the service that I have been provided however, I cannot log into my account and I keep trying to get a hold of somebody in customer service but because I cannot log into my account I keep getting frustrated. I've sent 3 emails now 4 counting this one with no feedback on how to resolve problem. I've called twice. Disconnected once and no one answered the second time. My fix arrived in a mangled box that had been taped up. The white jacket was not in it or the return envelope or the detailed receipt. I need another return envelope sent so I can return items not purchased. This is taking up too much of my time. Please resolve.
