Confusing emails

I had to look up a phone number to call but after leaving a voicemail I was called back a few hours later. My issue was completely resolved and I was informed that I could have done a live chat and requested a call back.

I felt it was easier to explain my issue verbally than type it out. So its all good now.

They make it impossible to cancel Stitch Fix. The clothes are awful and the cardigan was full of lint that even several lint brushes couldn’t get the lint off!

I am very happy with the service that I have been provided however, I cannot log into my account and I keep trying to get a hold of somebody in customer service but because I cannot log into my account I keep getting frustrated.
