Stitch, fix closed my account after I paid for 4 boxes at $20 apiece. For styling fees, they're a big riff off. Someone needs to do something about this company.

Received an email that my items were returned. My items were returned two days after I receive my order.

I returned all of my items with two of them being exchanges. My order show is at my items for exchanges were refunded, but none of my other items were, however, they were all placed in the same envelope for return.

Hey, you delivered a package to me at an address I haven't had for over five years. A next-door neighbor called me and asked what to do with it.

The package was delivered to a Utah address. I live in West Virginia. What do you suggest I do about this?

I don't like the fact I'm locked out of an account that I set up. I can't contact anybody, and when I email, it takes a long time.

I've sent several. I have a very important event coming up on the fourth. I was expected to have the outfit today; it's not in the mail. I ain't able to track the package, and when I do click something, it wants me to pay more money, so I don't know what to do.

I would appreciate somebody calling me because I've tried to call and talk to somebody at 479-370-****.

I am not able to afford this order plus I'm going to the hospital today and won't be able to accept the 1/14/26 order/return (ability to return) due to this unexpected issue. Please cancel the order and unsubscribe me.

I have no account info but the last 4 of the Capital One Quicksilver card I used to purchase it is 4247, exp. is 05/30.

Nobody came on call.

My return won't fit in one package.

the post office finally picked up your package it's on it way do not charge my account nothing fit I no. longer want your services if I see a charge on my account I will sue you.

I tried calling to report issue but no live agent.

I'm so angry someone received package which they did not send back and I'm being charged. Totally not fair.

Subscription canceled months ago now they are wanting over 500.00 why please cancel subscription again request for cancelation of subscription

Someone has been using my credit card information, and I have been charged for it. Please cancel all the accounts with my credit card information, and I want my full refund. Or I'm taking you people to court, and the point is I'm getting sick of this ***

Not received my order and you took my money, but you took my money out of my account. I'm very displeased with this company. I would not recommend it to any of my family or friends.

I can't get ahold of anyone, so I'm displeased with this company. I think it looks like they are just taking people's money and not giving them the product.
