I need help with a problem
I need to talk to someone about a return. I did the return online and got the shipping label.
I dropped it off at USPS; however, when I got home, I found an item I did not put in the shipping basket.
I need to know how I can ship it so it will be identified with the return. It is listed as one of the items on the return.

Preferred solution: Instructions on how to handle an item that was not put in the return package but is listed as a return.

I was never connected with a live person. I called to try & get a payment plan, but nobody answered.
Won’t accept my credit card
Will not accept any payment: Venmo, American Express, Visa. I have tried several times. This has become time-consuming for something that was supposed to be easy.

Won’t let me set my password
Keeps telling me my email is wrong I need to talk with a live person I am very unhappy. Please someone respond to me. Im beginning to think I have be scammed
Not arrived yet to my house.
I have not received my stitch fix yet. Why is it taking so long? I got a email saying it was shipped last Tuesday.

I have written Stitch Fix many times, at least 12 times, telling them that I haven't received my order yet, and I have no response except for them to say I'm sorry and I'll get another order out to you, but I haven't received another order. My package is missing, and I'm very ticked off. Don't use Stitch Fix.

This company made a mistake regarding my refund and then refused to assist me further when I sent an email asking for my refund. Instead, I was told they would close my account.
This was their way of helping their customer. I was supposed to get a full refund for three items. Instead, I got a call saying they made an error and had given me a store credit and so they could not refund me without charging me again.
Then, they only put a portion of the store credit on my card, but it was from yet another mistaken refund from another item. They are impatient and unhelpful.

I sent clothes back, and you took my money that was for bills. I would like my money back today.
Your system is trash. There is no one to talk to.

Missing box and incorrect box status in account
Stitchfix annoyingly doesnt have a custom service number to call and talk to a representative which makes issues much linger to resolve. Big company, yet minimal troubleshooting methods makes it seem like customer satisfaction doesnt matters
User's recommendation: Make sure to stay on the chat line woth a representative until you see the updates to your account appear otherwise it turns into you thinking its completed and taken care of then the passing date occurs and youre *** outta luck
To return an order
I want to inform you that I will return the items I don't need tomorrow. I will only keep the sneakers.
Fix shipped to wrong address
I checked on my fix thats being delivered today and its being sent to our old address. I changed my address on my account.
