Need to speak someone you are shipping to an address were no one will be.

I tried to find information on my recent return because it was not acknowledged, but I could not find anything online. So, I called the phone number and it gave me a nice little message to go online.

User's recommendation: Service and communications has slacked off recently. Unable to find acknowlegement of my return and called the phone number which gave me directions to go on line. No people that breathe talk and have arms and legs would contact me

Cancel sign up

I tried for two days to cancel my subscription. There is no easy phone number accessible, you really have to dig.

Your website doesn't clearly present a method for cancelation. Then I get referred to someone who took an inordinate amount of time, telling me he had to evaluate the data...I never got cancelation confirmation until I just wrote an email and the next morning I had my confirmation.

Package sent to wrong address

I moved, changed my address, and the package went to my previous address.

I will not be held accountable for this fix. I have no way of retrieving it.

I would love to talk to a person, but that doesn't seem possible.

It's a recording. I want to speak to a live person. Also the chat line isn't working.

Look, I just want to pay for a pair of shoes. I forgot to put them in the return package.

Your company needs to hire real live people for customer service. Your chat line doesn't work; the preset automatic response is infuriating.

I have spent at least 45 minutes trying to pay for a pair of shoes. I guess you don't want my money!!!

Return everything way too expensive

I didn't even open the items or try them on because when I Got a notification I read the alert and it was absolutely ridiculous by time you got through with the jacket a shirt a pair of pants and a sweater it was almost the same price as my rent

I have been unable to log in for months now. I cannot do anything on line because you need to log in to do something.

A human might be helpful. Right now Im ready to cancel my account,of several years, and look for a different company who is people friendly.

Late returns

Hello, I received my Stitch Fix package on Thursday, 3/6/25, but I checked out before I could extend the return time because I had to go to school and didn't get off until 5:30. Most of our mail carriers are closed on Saturday and Sunday. Now, if I put it in the mailbox on Monday, will I be charged for not returning it by the three-day mark?

Trying to find the order that I placed a month ago

I never received my order. You took out the payment for the three boxes but never sent me the clothes for my children, and I want to know where they are at.

I have three kids. You took out $20 a piece, and I never received box one.
