No choice of afterpay

After pay was not offered this time, and it has always been automatic. Everything has been charged at once and my budget is not messed up. I was not able to reach a stitch fix rep to solve this issue. The resolution would be a return and a recharge with after pay, so I can pay this in increments.

I’m not pissed

I was in the road and googled Stitch Fix contact number. I wanted to let them know that I lived a product and to make a few style comments in my file. I am not pissed or dissatisfied s the CSR was great! I love Stitch Fix and look forward to receiving my monthly surprise package. Afterpay

I do not see the After pay option at check out anymore. Is it still an option for payments? It was a very useful tool that you guys offered and customers were able to purchase more items that they loved. If if it not longer offered, please reconsider!

Cancel order

Apparently you cannot cancel orders that come from The Shop. My order is still being sent. The first pic was a lovely color and the confirmation email pic was not the same colors. Fortunately I have been offered a free return label. This item will be sent back.

Question about specific exchange availability

I want to know if I can exchange two items in my fix. One for larger size of same tee, and a long sleeve shirt for short sleeve shirt, same brand and style. And finally if I exchange items, do I retain the 25% discount?

I have contacted them to cancel and still getting charged

I finally found a phone number and was able to call them and they fixed my problem, which I did not know I had two accounts open and the fixed it. The only complaint I have is the difficulty in getting a phone number to actually talk to a person
