I set up a separate account for my daughter because she is a young lady who would like to shop for herself. She is a separate person with her own life, own credit card, and her own freedoms.
She is a young adult who wants her independence, and I didnt want our accounts together either. She would be ordering everything for herself
She placed an oder, got excited for it to arrive just in time for ski trip with her friends (on Valentines Day is stated it would arrive). Then they cancelled her order, deactivated her account that took an hour for her to set up, and without even so much as an email when she was expecting to receive it on the day it was promised, nothing showed up for her. My freestyle order showed up that same day, and she got all excited thinking it was hers.
But sadly the disappointed young lady was left deflated. I called and got no answers until an email days later where I was told that because I have an account, she cant have one, I have to put her on my account as a child. But no one told me this until i called after her disppointment. We had to run out to the mall and quickly buy her new clothes to replace the ones she was expecting.
It was tasteless and shameless.
I will be shutting my account down too, and my sister, best friend, and mother are all planning to do the same after watching my daughter cry when it didnt show up and she watched for it all day.
I will be returning the freestyle order that I just received on the day my daughters order was supposed to arrive (building the excitement she had when she saw it, only to crash for her when it turned out to be mine). And I will be warning all the people I referred to Wantable, Dailylook, Le Tote, or others.
