I have a few problems. First my email (tobay241@***.com) is unavailable to me. Second Im late with the return (I was sick in bed with a virus) third. I tried to return my unwanted items but the bag was way to small. I would like a new bag (large) for my returns. And I want to not be charged for being late. I have been a good customer. I only want to rate my frustration to change an email address

I received a flyer in the mail to reconnect with stitch fix after many years. I wasnt able to sign in as a current customer because the email address attached to my account is obsolete. I went through many rounds of chat online. That kept driving me to use a website that required my credit card information, I am absolutely frustrated that I cant get something done without giving my credit card information! Ludicrous to assume that Id want to do that to just change my email account.

Received my shipment of five items. The clothing in the box did not match the invoice and the name on the invoice was not mine. I do not know the cost of the clothing in this box and I do not plan on paying for clothing that I have no idea how much it cost. Poor quality control.

Waiting for a call back

A dress that I received on my last Fix. I did not notice that it was defective until I started to pack it this morning. It still has the tags on as I just hung it up in my closet, until I needed it. The waist and dress top are sewn together incorrectly, with an extra fold, where it should not be, causing the dress to hang wrong. I would like to exchange this dress for another one like it, that is not defective. 816-223-****

i've purchased many items from stitch fix and haven't worn half of them yet --- but i wore the market and spruce regina cozy sweater hoodie yesterday and before the day was half over the sweater looked twenty years old with pills and nubs all over it - hadn't even been washed!!! for the money i pay for this clothing i expect quality, not something i'll wear once then have to throw away.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. My stylist did something about it after she read my feedback. Ashley O went management and I received an apology and the refund on items returned.

Still have not heard anything from stitch fix and no refund for returned freestyle items. The contact email is invalid and the phone numbers provided by pissedconsumer is no response or human to answer the phone. Cannot even leave a voice mail. Sad because I have used stitch fix for 2 years, used freestyle for first time and it is horrible. Will boycott until I get problem resolved. They need customer service reps or someone to actually SPEAK to with any issues!

I received my box with five items. The invoice had someone elses name on it, and the description did not match any of the clothes in the box.
